Sportrehab lecture!
We are mid season, maybe you have a knee that you are starting to get worried about, maybe the thought of doing some type of prehab have crossed your mind!? But where to start!?
We have a colaboration with Sportrehab and with that our League have the oportunity to have lecture by one of their fysios.
Rebecca is working 50% as fysio and the rest she does research on ACL injuries and the way back from them.
